All forms and fees, please SCHOLASTIC BOOK CLUB ON-LINE ORDERING If you prefer to have me complete your order, please send the book order form with a check made out to the Book company (Scholastic See Saw, Firefly Book Club, or Scholastic book club) by the stamped date and I will take care of it. If you want to try to order on-line (it's not hard to do), here's the info: 1. On the Parent page, click the "Don't have a User Name and Password". 2. Register for your own username and password. 3. When prompted, enter the one-time Class activation code: GVCXM This code ensures that your order is sent to me. 4. Select your books and place your order before the due date. Books will be delivered directly to our classroom and I will send them home with your child.
