New enrollment for those children with siblings already attending Evergreen.

Please check our website early January to enroll your child online. You must select 2020-2021 school year. Once submitted, please print out the enrollment forms. Bring the forms along with the required documentations to our office between the hours of 8:30 am - 1:00 pm. Online enrollment does not guarantee placement. We need the actual documentation before we can place your child.
