Hello Evergreen Families!
I am excited to share that our construction is finished in front of our school, and we are ready to enjoy the results.
New playgrounds will be installed in our upper field; we now have a new staff parking lot; and our original parking lot is now the long-awaited drop-off, pick-up area for you! How will this work?
Drop-off procedures:
You will be able to enter the parking lot in the mornings starting at 7:50 AM. This is to allow for staff members to enter beforehand.
Please enter from Castle Rock Road. Please do not turn left from Evergreen Springs Road.
You can drive up to the drop-off zone and stop to let your child out of the car. To ensure safety, please make sure he or she is exiting on the right side of the car. Staff will be there to greet your child.
Make sure that backpacks and all other belongings are with your child when he or she leaves the car. Please do not put belongings in the trunk as it will hold up traffic to retrieve these items.
Your child will walk through the main gate of the school.
There is a passing lane, so once you have dropped your child off at the curb, you can enter the passing lane on the left side to exit if the car in front of you is stopped.
When you leave the parking lot, please turn left onto Evergreen Springs. Do not turn right. This will continue the flow of traffic and keep our students safe who are crossing the crosswalk.

Please note:
If you would rather walk your child up to the main gate and not drive through the drop-off/pick-up line, this is always an option. You will need to park in the neighborhood like we’ve done in the past and walk along the outside parking lot as we do not have a crosswalk in the middle of our parking lot like we had before. If you are walking up to pick up your child at dismissal, please stay next to the north gate of the parking lot or on the long, south pathway that goes around the perimeter of the parking lot.
The gate behind the upper field will no longer be open.
The bridge gate (Crooked Creek Road) will continue to be open for students to enter. The path from the bridge gate will now take the students to the main entrance of the school. The path is marked and there will be staff members present to help.
