Community Club

About Us

The Evergreen School Community Club is a parent-led organization (similar to a PTA/PTO) that works closely with the Evergreen staff to help enrich the educational experience of all children at Evergreen Elementary School.

We are 100% volunteer based.

Funds raised by the Community Club through various events and activities throughout the year help pay for many things including the support of the school’s STEAM focus through technology/robotics purchases, field trip admissions and transportation, workroom expenses for producing classroom materials, playground equipment and so much more.

We would like to extend an invitation to all Evergreen parents to become active members of the Community Club.  We would love to see you at our meetings and events.  We have many opportunities for parents who want to help.  Please see the attached “Evergreen Community Club 2022” for a description of our events and volunteer opportunities and "Welcome Packet 2022” for open positions and information on how you can get connected and involved.

Come join us today!

The best way to get involved is to attend monthly meetings!

The Community Club meets once a month to discuss Community Club business, events and activities, receive school updates from Principal Cardenas, and receive district updates from our Coordinating Counsel representative.

Most of our meetings are generally held at 8:30 a.m (Fun Club).

Following are our meeting dates for the 2022/23 school year:

Friday, August 12
