Kinder LR Supplement Overview

The purpose of the LR (Learning Resource) Supplement pages are to give additional explanation and support for the content areas listed in the Learning Resource: Reading, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies, Health/PE.  I may add Music and Art because I think they are critical to early childhood development.  Each of the content pages will highlight the topics in the LR but will not be confined to those topics.  It was very difficult to keep the many topics that we cover to a two page document for all those subjects.  It is my hope that the LR supplement pages will help you help your child.

We tried to address the major kindergarten standards with the hope that many of these skills could be practiced successfully at home.  I commend you all for stepping up and doing the best that you can under these unpredictable circumstances.  I appreciate your positive outlook and optimism, it is the best way we can help each other.
